Zoning expert to run for School Board
Erin Cranor, a member of the Clark County School District’s zoning advisory committee since 2003, announced her plans Thursday to run for School Board District G, currently held by a term-limited incumbent, Sheila Moulton, in 2010.
Cranor is so knowledgeable about zoning that School Board members recently called her from out of the audience to explain proposed zoning changes to them.
Cranor, who has a master’s degree in science from Brigham Young University, is a grant writer by profession. She and her husband, Bud, have four children, ages 8-14.
Her campaign Web site is erincranor.info and her blog is erincranor.blogspot.com.
District G is the eastern part of Clark County, literally east of Eastern Avenue.
