Ensign health czar challenge goes nowhere
By some estimates there are now at least 32 czars in the Obama administration, not sure whether that number includes the ousted green jobs czar Van Jones.
"We are now facing a situation where there is almost a shadow Cabinet that is being developed. It is thwarting the position of the United States Congress and these czars are in different positions," Ensign is quoted as saying.
Such an amendment would affect Nancy-Ann DeParle, the director of the White House Office of Health Reform.

Considering the lack of integrity displayed by Ensign with regards to his 'family values', not to mention his membership in that fruity little 'C' street club, why would anybody take him seriously on anything?
Did Congress approve any of Reagan's or Bush's or Clinton's czars?
Typical hypocrisy from the party of hypocrites.

That's right Brian, Reagan, Bush and Clinton did it a coupla times, so it must be OK for Obama to do it 30 times!
U DA MAN!
U DA MAN!
Many of the individuals on these bogus "czar" lists were actually nominated to and confirmed by the Senate, and thus do not even fit the silly definition of "czar" offered up by the conspiracy theorists. The majority of the remainder are either in positions long established under previous Presidents or are diplomatic envoys. So this entire issue is fake, phony, fraudulent. By the way, why some Presidential assistant tasked with helping persuade Congress to enact health care reform should be called a "czar" is absolutely beyond me.
