County Republican elections tonight

Clark County Republicans will elect new party leaders tonight at a meeting at the Orleans.

Late last year the party lost several officials who resigned during a meeting for myriad reasons.

The party is seeking to overcome infighting and disorganization that threatens to undermine its effectiveness during the 2010 election cycle.

Elections will be held to fill the following offices:

· Chair
· Secretary
· Treasurer
· Executive Board Zone A (1 seat)
· Executive Board Zone C (2 seats)
· Executive Board Zone F (1 seat)

According to a party press release Clark County will provide voting machines to ensure accuracy and confidentiality for voters. Elections begin at 6 p.m.

1 Response to "County Republican elections tonight"
Where is the County getting the money to pay for the use of these voting machines? Or is the GOP paying the County for this?
