Following the money

It looks like the Feds have the same questions I do. Followers of The Complete Las Vegan will know that on Jan. 28, based on the allegations in a lawsuit, I wondered just who gained from from the allegedly ill-gotten political contributions from power broker Harvey Whittemore.

Now comes word the Feds want to know more. Federal election rules are pretty firm. I suspect this won't be the last we hear about this.

Don't be surprised to suddenly see Harry Reid 'retire' because he wants to spend time with his family.

This will be another short thread, Sherm. None of our liberal regulars will want to post on Harry THE CROOK Reid's foibles.

I don't think he'll resign, Scary. If Charlie Rangel didn't get busted, and ushered out with disgrace, nothing can shame Harry THE CROOK.

Maybe they get the trial in Henderson, and sonny boy can be the prosecutor!

Democrats usually don't resign when they do something shameless.

Plus they often get made into hero status.

Democrats are expected to be the scum of the earth.

So when they are actually scum of the earth there is no big surprise.

From the article: "Whittemore and his wife also have given thousands of dollars to Republicans, including former Sen. John Ensign and his successor, Dean Heller." I wonder when Deany boy will 'retire'?

Not the Harry Reid that is the pride and joy of Nevadans?

A hate Harry witch hunt by rabid Republicans. Harry Reid was targeted by organized crime elements when he was gaming commissioner because he was such a "clean face." There should be an investigation of the investigators.

This should come as no surprise that Din-gee is dirty. And don't expect him to resign. Being corrupt as a democrat is not only expected, it's a resume' enhancer. My guess is that this will be a tempest in a teapot. On a lighter note-Vegas valley cops didn't kill anyone today.
