Did Chamber e-mail ensure members played nice?

Here is the body of the e-mail message sent Monday from Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees Chairman Steve Hill to members asking for them to submit questions to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, who appeared before the group Wednesday at the Four Seasons.

“What Should I ask Senator Reid?

“I am glad you'll be joining us for the next Chamber membership luncheon featuring U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. After Senator Reid makes his luncheon remarks, I will be asking him a few questions about issues important to the Southern Nevada business community.

“I would like your input on what I should ask the Senator. What is on your mind? Are there issues or legislation that are of particular interest to you?

“Please reply to this email by tomorrow (Tuesday) with the questions that you would like Senator Reid to address. I will pick a few to ask him on Wednesday.”
