Good job Sanford! We don't expect USC type recruits but gaining ground in the MWC is a good start. I hope you guys all the best!
Any word on who the preferred walk-on will be.
Preferred Walk on is Del Sol senior linebacker Jon Kirschbaum
They gave a scholarship to a 5'8", 160 pound player DB? Are you kidding me? Doesn't sound like some prize recruit to me. Is he a coaches son or something??
When you see how much Coach Sanford is making, and all the attention paid to the program, you quickly understand that UNLV is all about football. It's time to abolish big sports & return UNLV to it's core mission of teaching Nevada's next generation of applied scientists. UNLV is *not* supposed to be a NFL farm club.
