Juror dismissed in lawsuit against Sands

A juror in the month-long civil trial against the world's 12th richest man was dismissed late Thursday after calling an attorney in the case an "asshole."

Sheldon Adelson and his gaming company, the Las Vegas Sands, are being sued by Hong Kong businessman Richard Suen, who alleges he is owed millions of dollars for helping Las Vegas Sands acquire a gaming license in Macau.

The juror that was dismissed apparently blurted out the word while Sands attorney Rusty Hardin was questioning a witness, forcing Clark County District Judge Michelle Leavitt to stop the trial to determine what happened and who overheard the juror's remark.

Everyone knows the "judicial" system is a joke. Lawyers and judges make it that way. There is two types of justice in America, one for the rich and wealthy, and one for the rest of the people.
