On Friday the shopping choices widen dramatically with major retailers opening before dawn and closing late in the evening.

The most liberal hours belong to the outlet malls. They close at 7 p.m. today but open five hours later at midnight. They'll stay open until 11 p.m. Friday.

Here's a look at holiday shopping hours for malls and stores throughout the area.

• Las Vegas Premium Outlets, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

• Las Vegas Outlet Center, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

• Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

• Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

• Kmart stores, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

FRIDAY HOURS

• Las Vegas Premium Outlets, Midnight to 10 p.m.

• Las Vegas Outlet Center, Midnight to 10 p.m.

• Town Square, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

• Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort, 10 a.m. to midnight

• Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian, 10 a.m. to midnight

• Fashion Show mall, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

• Boulevard Mall, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

• Meadows mall, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

• The District at Green Valley Ranch, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

• Wal-Mart stores open 5 a.m.

• Target stores open 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

• JC Penney at Meadows and Boulevard malls, open 4 a.m.
