    Cashman Equipment Co. acquired CPS, a maker of backup power supplies, also known as uninterrupted power supplies, for an undisclosed price.

    In a statement, Cashman said it is now the Mitsubishi uninterrupted-power-supply provider in Nevada, Utah, Idaho, western Wyoming, western Montana and parts of California.
