A Las Vegas casino management company has acquired the Carson Station in Carson City.
777 Gaming, which operates several small casinos in rural Nevada, purchased the Carson Station, which is located near the State Capitol, for an undisclosed price.
The purchase of the 91-room hotel-casino is subject to approval from state gaming regulators.
"We're very confident the loyal customers will be very happy with the improvements and we feel the enhancements will also attract a whole new crowd," said 777 Chief Executive Officer Rory Bedore.
