Private Party Advertisers -- Submit your ad

• Applies to individuals residing within Clark County, NV only
  (If you're outside of Clark County you are considered a Nat'l Advertiser - see below).
• Ads are for noncommercial purposes only.
• Selling more than three (3) of the same items is considered a Commercial advertiser.
• Selling more than three (3) Vehicles in a 12-month period is considered a Commercial advertiser unless you can provide proof of ownership (title or registration).

Commercial Advertisers -- Submit your ad

• Applies to all commercial advertising placed for businesses within Clark County only.
• Commercial advertising includes, but may not be limited to, any advertising charged to a company; or offering instruction, schooling, services, real estate, rentals, or offering goods for sale in the quantity that prevailing local laws determine the seller to be a dealer.
• For Employment ads, see below.

National Advertisers -- Submit your ad

• Applies to all advertisers residing outside of Clark County.
• 15% Commission available to recognized advertising agencies.
• If you're advertising Real Estate or Rental property located in Clark County, you can qualify as a Private party advertiser (see above).
