'PAWN STARS' ROAD SHOW AT SUNCOAST

August 7, Saturday -- The cast of "Pawn Stars" will gather at the Suncoast August 7 for a "Gold & Silver Road Show." The event runsfrom 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Suncoast guests an opportunity to have their gold, silver, antiques and collectables reviewed, and possibly purchased, by the reality show stars who run the famed Gold & Silver Pawn Shop.

GUNS & HOSES SET FOR AUGUST 7 AT FIESTA RANCHO

August 7, Saturday -- About 30 local police officers and firefighters will compete in a charity ice hockey game to benefit The Rape Crisis Center. The Nevada Police and Fire Games hosts the third annual Guns & Hosescharity game. The event will take place at the SOBE Ice Arena inside the Fiesta Rancho, starting at 6 p.m.

COYOTE COUNTRYFEST AT ORLEANS ARENA

August 14, Saturday -- The  Orleans Arena will host 102.7 Coyote CountryFest for the second year in a row. Performers include country music recording artists Blake Shelton, Uncle Kracker, Jaron and the Long Road to Love, The Band Perry, Matt Kennon and Jerrod Niemann. Starts at 6 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

FLAIR BARTENDING SUMMIT

August 15-16, Sunday-Tuesday -- Rock & Rita’s at Circus Circus, will host Nations International Flair Challenge featuring more than 50 internationally ranked flair bartenders from nine countries. The winner receives $10,000 in cash. Competition begins August 15 with registration and a meet-and-greet banquet for participants at the Kahunaville pool at Treasure Island. Qualifying rounds begin Monday, August 16 at Rock & Rita’s, with eight finalists moving on to the final rounds on August 17. The grand finale event begins at 9 p.m. and is open to the public. VEGAS ROCKS! MAGAZINE AWARDS SHOW

August 22, Saturday -- The inaugural Vegas Rocks! Magazine Awards show will be held in the showroom at the Las Vegas Hilton. The evening will feature an all-star jam capped off with a performance by Dee Snider. Sally Steele, founder and CEO of Vegas Rocks! Magazine, is hosting the event. Lemmy Kilmister of Motorhead will be presented with a lifetime legend award.
