Eco-Chic

Gone are the days when eco-friendly meant a lack of fashion. We show you some of the trendiest green looks out there.

The fashion industry has finally deemed it cool to save the environment. What does it mean for you? Eco-friendly clothes that won't make you look like a Grateful Dead follower.

At last, sustainable fabrics, ethical practices and organic cotton come together to produce beautiful, fashion-forward clothes. Thanks to designers such as Stella McCartney, Viridis Luxe, Paige Premium Denim, 3.1 Phillip Lim, Edun, Eileen Fisher and a host of others, you can now add "green" garments to your closet and wear them with style. For Earth Day, we'd like to show you exactly how. Check out some of the hot looks you can accomplish while maintaining a head-to-toe commitment to Mother Earth.

The thousand spent on a dress of Stella's could save a how many lives of animals, could help how many people who are hungry, could help how many people to get make their homes eco-friendly. There is NO way that a dress costs a designer so that they need to charge these prices. But, then, I see the world as being a little upside down when a person gets $20,ooo,ooo for being a movie star. Can't see a single VALUE in all of this, it is stupid.
