Carnival of Cuisine at The Venetian

at Palazzo adds Zest to Light Dining

A nine-course “Discovery Menu” celebrates the culinary creativity of Joël Robuchon’s Atelier at MGM Grand.  Among the mouth-watering delicacies are a foie gras parfait, lobster, Kussi oysters, quail, and two desserts—“chocolate sensation” and a green chartreuse soufflé. $148 per person.

MGM Grand Continues to Pamper Diners
Restaurants at MGM Grand will pamper diners with special menus and prices till the end of 2008, with menus changing seasonally.

Craftsteak: A family-style menu of three savory courses, plus side dishes, will appeal to your appetite, with Kobe sirloin, chicken, and diver sea scallops as entrée choices. Tables of two or more. $60 per person. Wine pairing (one glass per course) $30 per person. 891-7318
