RJtv FORMER NEVADA GOVERNOR KENNY GUINN DEAD AT 73

RJtv for Friday July 23rd features photos from the life and career of former Nevada Governor Kenny Guinn who died at his Las Vegas home Thursday morning.  You'll see video of the Moulin Rouge Hotel tower toppling to the ground Thursday afternoon.
