PLAYER'S EDGE: Hard Rock scratch cards worth up to $100,000

All month long, Hard Rock Hotel players can scratch and win up to $100,000 cash during the casino's "Big Money Scratch Off." Rockstar Players Club members receive one card after earning 100 base points ($100 coin-in on slots, $200 video poker) and additional cards with every 500 base points earned thereafter. Card prizes include $100,000, $40,000, $5,000, $1,000 as well as Rockstar Cash (free play) and free gifts. All new Rockstar Players Club members will receive one bonus scratch card at the time of sign up.

Every Friday at 8:15 p.m., both Arizona Charlie's Boulder and Arizona Charlie's Decatur will draw 10 names (from a virtual drum) to receive a $500 gift card "from a major retailer." On Feb. 29, eight winners will receive a $500 gift card, one will receive $1,000 and the grand prize winners will receive $2,500 in gift cards and $2,500 cash. A.C.E. Rewards Players Club members automatically earn entries with their play, and all entries must be activated by swiping their card beginning at 4 p.m. on the drawing day. Winners must be present at the drawing.

    • New and existing a-List Players Club members can participate in Planet Hollywood's free daily slot tournament. Every 30 minutes from noon to 8 p.m., participants get five minutes of play plus a chance to win prizes up to $1,000 cash. Pick up an entry ticket at the booth.
