Judge stops release

A judge on Wednesday banned the release of any sexually explicit video or pictures of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Danielle Staub and her former boyfriend Stephen Zalewski pending a hearing in July. Staub says Zalewski is trying to get revenge because she broke up with him, and that she had no knowledge she was videotaped. Staub filed a lawsuit Wednesday that alleges invasion of privacy, defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress. A call seeking comment from Zalewski was not returned.

Duo inducted

Montgomery Gentry, whose hits include "My Town" and "Something to Be Proud Of," were inducted into the Grand Ole Opry by members Little Jimmy Dickens and Marty Stuart on Tuesday. Troy Gentry said he didn't have the words to describe how much the induction means to him and musical partner Eddie Montgomery. The duo's recent album has had two No. 1 singles, the title track "Back When I Knew It All" and "Roll With Me."

Crystal on the road

Billy Crystal, who played to sold-out houses and won a Tony Award for special theatrical experience for his stage autobiography "700 Sundays," will take the show on the road this fall. The show will play six cities, starting with Washington on Sept. 8-17. It will then move to Philadelphia, Dallas, Palm Beach, Fla., Miami and Atlanta.

New show coming

AMC, which has had success with "Mad Men" and "Breaking Bad," will unveil a third original dramatic series. "Rubicon" will focus on an analyst at a New York-based think tank who uncovers a clue to a global conspiracy. Among the cast members are James Badge Dale, Miranda Richardson and Lili Taylor. The series will run for 12 episodes and will air next year.
