TICKETS: Billy Joel coming to MGM Grand; Toby Keith to play Mandalay Bay

Celebrated pianoman Billy Joel returns to the MGM Grand Garden arena Nov. 17. Tickets are $75, $125 and $175 and go on sale at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the MGM Grand box office, 3799 Las Vegas Blvd. South, and Ticketmaster outlets.

Country cuss Toby Keith headlines the Mandalay Bay Events Center on Sept. 8, with Miranda Lambert and Flynnville Train. Tickets are $65, $85 and $115 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Mandalay Bay box office, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. South, and Ticketmaster outlets.

  • Sunny rockers Sugar Ray play the second annual "Wine Amplified Festival" at Mandalay Bay Beach on Sept. 22. Tickets are $65 in advance, $70 day of show and go on sale at noon today at the hotel box office and Ticketmaster outlets.

    Metal greats Heaven and Hell, featuring Ronnie James Dio, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Vinny Appice, hit The Pearl at the Palms on Oct. 5, with Queensr?che. Tickets are $62, $80 and $100 and go on sale at noon Saturday at The Pearl box office, 4321 W. Flamingo Road, and Ticketmaster outlets.

    Irish folk punk troupe the Pogues tear into The Pearl on Nov. 2. Tickets are $42, $47 and $52 and go on sale at noon today at the venue box office and Ticketmaster outlets.

    Emo favorites Brand New stop at The Pearl on Nov. 9, with Thrice and Mewithoutyou. Tickets are $22 and $27 and are on sale at the venue box office and Ticketmaster outlets.

    Staind frontman Aaron Lewis flies solo at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay on Sept. 27. General admission tickets are $35 in advance, $37 day of show, reserved seats are $45 and special reserved tickets are $55. They go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday at the House of Blues box office, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. South, and Ticketmaster outlets.

    Christian metalcore favorites Underoath hit the House of Blues on Sept. 30, with Poison the Well and Maylene & the Sons of Disaster. General admission tickets are $18 in advance, $20 day of show and go on sale at 10 a.m. today at the venue box office and Ticketmaster outlets.

    Rock cut-ups the Dan Band play The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel on Aug. 17. Tickets are $25 and $44 and go on sale at noon Saturday at the Hard Rock box office, 4455 Paradise Road, and Ticketmaster outlets.

    Iconoclastic singer-songwriter Sinead O'Connor stops at The Joint on Sept. 19. Tickets are $35, $45 and $57.50 and are on sale at the hotel box office and Ticketmaster outlets.

    Rootsy rockers Cowboy Mouth visit the Canyon Club at the Four Queens on July 25. Tickets are $12.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday at Ticketmaster outlets.
