Black Forest Sundae

A sort of cross between a Black Forest Cake and Cherries Jubilee, the sundae features a slice of dark chocolate devil's food cake with black cherry ice cream topped with Bing cherry sauce with a hint of cinnamon and finished with whipped cream and semisweet chocolate shavings, $7.95.

Fresh cherry and spinach salad topped with walnuts and herbed goat cheese and tossed with lemon vinaigrette, $10.95.

Dried Cherry and Duck Fried Rice

Fried brown rice is tossed with five-spiced duck confit, egg, scallions and dried Michigan cherries, $23.

Black Forest Coffee Ice Blended

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

This ice blended beverage gets its kicks from cherries and chocolate-covered espresso beans, $4.45 for 16 ounces, $5.35 for 24 ounces or $6.05 for 32 ounces.

Cherries Jubilee

Traditional preparation is made with cherries and liqueur, flambeed tableside and served over vanilla ice cream, $8.95.
