NORM: Larson's leading man was Clooney

George Clooney's romantic tour of Las Vegas with galpal Sarah Larson had hearts fluttering Friday.

They followed up their Valentine's Day date Thursday at Nove Italiano restaurant at the Palms Fantasy Tower, and Cirque du Soleil's "Love," with stops at Little Buddha and N9NE Steakhouse on Friday, before heading for the sultry Crazy Horse Paris show at the MGM Grand.

After arriving for the 10:30 p.m. performance just as the showroom went dark, they ordered Absolut and sodas and whispered back and forth during the show.

After the show, as they were escorted through the hotel's service hallway, Clooney made a point of greeting the kitchen staff before continuing toward the exit.

Clooney and Larson, who met when she was a cocktail server at the Palms' Moon nightclub, were having "a great time." At one point, Clooney performed a funny dance that cracked up Larson.

As they waited for a limo at the MGM Grand's Mansion entrance, they began dancing around the fountain outside the mansion while singing a song together. After the dance, they embraced for a kiss and left in a limo.

Day-Lewis is taking home the gold that night. Clooney has to do something to get attention. We’ve all seen the pictures of Larson working at the Moon in an outfit that would make a “Hooters” waitress blush. We’ve all seen the pictures of Larson posing with her legs spread and no knickers on in the promo ad for N9NE. This unfortunate creature is half is age and when he took her up the Playboy tower he had a serious desire to do something and it wasn’t to declare his undying love.

Dave wrote on February 17, 2008 10:26 AM: Clooney and his girl toy of the moment are not news. This broad he picked up at the Palms is nothing more than a 3 month extravagance - and believe me, he's paying for it, something she is used to.

JD wrote on February 17, 2008 06:50 AM: How many times are we going to read about Clooney and his gal pal in this column? It's getting boring. The fact is that the only people who care about Clooney is Hollywood. That will be proven if he nabs an Oscar instead of Daniel Say-Lewis (a real actor). Clooney can't open a movie by himself as he needs to be part of an ensemble. Plus we all know that this cocktail server will be dumped before 2008 is over.

Madame wrote on February 17, 2008 06:47 AM: Clooney must be in dire need of publicity right now, to have someone report these "dates". To take a Vegas girl out in Vegas, in clubs owned by the company that employed her, how unimaginative! Too bad his outings with the former(?) escort Larson are not Best Actor worthy, not even close. While they are seen in public, he doesn't look in love at all, and she always makes sure there's a camera following her every move. She should have made sure there were no cameras around when she was caught partying without panties, that would have made her naive little good girl act a tad more believable.
