If you go to Tax Court to "protest the action" then you are required by law to be a "taxpayer" and so you are required by law to have accepted a right created by Congress to make a living, like a Federal bank or an oil company drilling on Federal land. That is why they call it a "return" and call it "Internal Revenue."

So the first thing anyone must do that wants to fight the beast (IRS) is to find our which rights they are protecting. If they are rights granted by Congress THEN you have to go to Tax Court. If they are Unalienable rights granted by Nature's God and your Creator then you go to an Article III court (if you can find one LOL) or a State Court.

This, of course, is not legal advice or I would have to have accepted a government created right to practice law instead of actually understanding it.

Judge Ezras comment was way out of line and it is comments like that that he made throughout the trial that will get the verdict reversed at the 9th circuit. He interjected himself in places he shouldn't have and made pronouncements to the jury that were out of bounds.

Mr. Kahre has never been violent, belonged to a "fringe group" on any side or asked or participated in any act to incite violence. This is merely the rantings of a judge influenced by a paranoid government Atty. Greg Damm. Now there is a two legged monster who barely can keep his knuckles from dragging the ground. He has lied, with held discovery in other trials, has been hammered for violations by the 9th circuit and yet still has a job. You have to love that government help.

Now Mr. Damm gets to be on the receiving end of the court room. Mr. Kahres civil suit against him can now proceed. His life will now be brought into view!
