PHOTO: Moapa Valley Wildlife Refuge Reopens

Chris Farrell looks through a viewing window at a stream on the Moapa Valley National Wildlife Refuge, which was closed over the summer and reopened to the public on Saturday. The 117-acre refuge, 60 miles northeast of Las Vegas, was established in 1979 to safeguard the federally protected endangered fish, the Moapa dace.
