NORM: Osmonds reunion will be in Vegas

It's official: The long-rumored Osmonds reunion will be in Las Vegas this summer, with a 50th anniversary PBS special Aug. 13-14 at the Orleans Arena, it was learned Tuesday.

The Utah musical family, who churned out teenybopper hits in the 1970s, hasn't performed together in 25 years.

    BANKRUPTCY FILED

Christine Gabell, half of the Zowie Bowie lounge act at Red Rock Resort, has filed for bankruptcy as part of a decade-old legal battle with a former Nashville music executive.

Gabell, who goes by the stage name of Marley Taylor, faces a $1.5 million court judgment in Nashville for defaming Dan B. Wilson, Jr.

She filed for protection under Chapter 7 bankruptcy on May 16. Las Vegas attorney Peter Dubowsky, on behalf of Wilson, on Monday served a writ of garnishment on Station Casinos, the parent company of Red Rock. Zowie Bowie reportedly received a $5 million contract from Red Rock a year ago.

    HEIDI UPDATE

Before Heidi's studs, Pahrump will get to sample her suds. On June 10, Ms. Fleiss will open a laundromat, she said, by the Wal-Mart.

"Just a plain old, fluff-and-fold laundromat," the former and future madame told the R-J's Corey Levitan, who called offering his stud services for a "Fear and Loafing" column.

It is believed that a G-rated business will help Fleiss' license application for her other project -- although she denied this.

"Why doesn't anyone believe that I just want to open a laundromat?" she asked.

The stud farm is at least eight months off, she said.
