  • Police responded to the call near West Ann Road and North Cimarron Road at about 1:30 a.m. A roommate had called 911 after coming home from vacation and finding the victim's body. The roommate is not a suspect, Roberts said.

There were no signs of struggle at the residence and there appeared to be no forced entry, Roberts said.

Police believe Cybulski had been dead for a day or two before being found.
