KINGMAN, Ariz.-- Police are seeking the operator of a boat that struck and killed a man on an inner tube Saturday afternoon on the California side of Lake Havasu.

San Bernardino County Sheriff Sgt. Tim Smith said 30-year-old Eric Norris, of Huntington Beach, Calif., was fatally injured when he was struck by the propeller of a V-Hull power boat. Norris had fallen off his inner tube while being pulled by another boat and was waiting for the boat to return when he was struck.

Smith said the red boat with white striping, operated by a man with a female passenger, left the scene and headed south toward Chalk Cliffs.

THOSE TWO A**HOLES THAT SAID TO "FORGET ABOUT IT" AND "and that made this paper, why?" CAN GO TO H**L. YOU ARE VERY SELFISH AND OBVIOIUSLY DONT HAVE A HEART SO WHY EVEN POST ANYTHING TO BEGIN WITH. THIS IS A HORRIBLE THING THAT HAPPENED, AND EVEN THOUGH IT MAY HAVE BEEN AN ACCIDENT MAN UP ABOUT IT AND TURN YOURSELF IN. HE WAS A VERY NICE GUY AND WOULD HELP ANYONE. I WORKED WITH HIM AND HE ALWAYS MADE THE DAYS SO EASY AND ALWAYS MADE ME LAUGH. HE COULDNT STOP TALKING ABOUT HIS SON AND HOW HE MADE HIM FEEL. RIP ERIC YOU WILL BE MISSED!

I can't believe someone would post something so cruel. His friends and family can't just "forget about it." My brother-in-law was an amazing person. We're suffering a horrible loss. His 7 year old son is devastated. We need justice...Eric deserves justice. These people need to be found and suffer the consequences of their actions. And they did know. If you slow down, look back, and then speed off and leave the marina, you know what happened. Have some respect! If the person that did this sees this post...please come forward. Do the right thing. Eric deserves better than this and Phoenix needs some kind of closure. Please, please come forward.

That boat is out of the water and gone - forget about it. If they have no idea who it is by now, its a lost cause. The driver probably had no idea he hit the guy either.

Bunch of drunken fools on a lake. Havasu is amateur hour at its best. Freaking hillbillies with boats.
