    It has been horribly mismanaged.

The casino floor is still as godawful ugly as it was 25 years ago.

And they kept the Greyhound station next door.

    Smart.

    Implode the thing.

Does anyone in their right mind expect Elad Group to come up with $6B (thats billion, with a `B') in this credit market?!

The Elad Group, will never open a Plaza Hotel, here in LV.The biggest reason they're going about it all wrong and shall fail, never go into another s back yard in crap, w/o permission.
