  • He is accused of killing Michael McDaniel, who was shot around 8:45 a.m. Dec. 16 at the corner of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Owens Avenue.

Witnesses told police Fuller, who also was stuck in traffic, exited a white Nissan vehicle, walked up to McDaniel’s window and fired multiple rounds into the driver. He then calmly walked back to his vehicle and fled.

McDaniel died later at University Medical Center.

Police said they didn't know if the incident was a random act.

But now the media is hyper-sensitive and most don't even relay race as part of description due to pc police. They now just say the suspect was wearing blue pants, a white shirt, red hat. But they usually don't say white or African American or Asian or Hispanic. Give the skin color! It's not a racist thing, it's just to help find the suspect and don't be so afraid. In a lot of cases it actually slows down finding the real suspect.

If this is the right guy, it's good that he's been caught.
