Accident blocks U.S. Highway 95 near Laughlin

Traffic in both directions of a stretch of U.S. Highway 95 near State Route 163 is temporarily blocked while crews clean up a car accident.

The crash occurred around 7:50 a.m. near Laughlin, Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Kevin Honea said. The road was blocked so medical helicopters can lift the victim to a nearby hospital.
