Officials for Caesars Palace today said they are still investigating the cause of an escalator accident that injured a dozen people on Saturday.

The 1 p.m. accident on a convention escalator caused the people to be taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center for treatment. They were treated and released the same day, according to Harrah's Entertainment spokeswoman Debbie Munch.

Munch refused to comment on the extent of their injuries.

She said the Otis Elevator Company is investigating the accident.

I am not satisfied with yesterday's story or with today's story. Try to find a guest who was injured, and interview them. Try to find someone at Sunrise who is willing to talk. What is the huge coverup with this story?
