UFC fighter arrested in Henderson hospital assault

A UFC fighter who was featured on a SpikeTV show last year was arrested Tuesday night, accused of assaulting three nurses at St. Rose Dominican Hospital, Siena campus, according to Henderson police.

Junie Browning, 24, was taken to the hospital by two friends after Browning took 16 pills of Klonopin, an anti-anxiety drug, in an attempt to harm himself, police stated in Browning's arrest report.

Free Nevada wrote on October 08, 2009 01:52 AM: Doesn't he have an iron clad defense because they had a medical and legal duty to keep him in restraints or in a padded cell to prevent him from harming himself or others? Can he not only beat the charges, but he can he not sue the hospital for civil damages (for not taking such proper care of him while he was mentally and physically ill) and the police officer for false arrest?

What is fundamentally wrong with Henderson? Is there inadequate training? Can we bring some people out from LA to train before we lose millions more in such lawsuits?
