Clark County apparently is not aware the LVVWD does not conduct background checks of child abuse on its employees.
While we are not privileged to every employees' background check, we do have court documents that LVVWD has a program of minimal counseling for child abusers rather than reporting the crimes to the police.
WE NOTICE CLARK COUNTY and LVVWD - should any incidents of child abuse occur on LVVWD property, we will pursue the matter given you have been noticed of these crimes for the past 11 months.
