Former bailiff enters guilty plea
Tools
Johnnie Jordan, the bailiff for former District Court Judge Elizabeth Halverson, has pleaded guilty to one count of lewdness with a minor, a District Court clerk confirmed Tuesday.
His sentencing is scheduled for June 2, according to a clerk for Judge Douglas Smith.
Jordan was arrested by North Las Vegas police in February after being accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl. The police arrest report stated that Jordan, 40, arrived at the victim's home with his mother and his ex-fiancee on Feb. 13. While the two women talked to the victim's mother outside the home, Jordan went inside for about 10 minutes.
During that time, the victim told police that Jordan went into her room and sexually assaulted her. Two other people were in the home at the time but did not hear anything.
When the responding officer saw the victim, the officer noted in the report that her underwear appeared bloody. She was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center. The report does not mention what Jordan told police upon his arrest.
Jordan was the former bailiff whose tearful testimony helped oust Halverson in 2008. He accused her of treating him like a personal slave in the courtroom. He said she made him pick lint off of her judicial robes with tape and get on his knees and slip on her shoes.
In 2008, Jordan said that he had a heart attack and no longer worked for the county as a bailiff.
He is being held at the Clark County Detention Center on $170,000 bail.

I am asking for a complete investigation of the entities, and department's of RJC.
It is unquestionably clear the rules of justice are not carried out in a consistent, and truthful manner, and is further hurting the system of justice within the State of Nevada. Time & Time again, The integrity of the Office of the District Attorney, leaves me to know this Office is corrupted with unconscionable people who were elected to a position that they abuse intentionally. How does one get a bail of $170.000.00. If this man owns a home, he is free. The fact's as I have read them to be, makes this guy an instant threat to the public, and especially children. You or I would have been given a no bail on the facts of this charge. The district attorney's office has been told to turn a blind eye on this case, by the system of judge's the DA appears before on a daily Basis. This man has been given a get out of jail card free. (where are the charges on this man) You are not stacking them as you would on some who is not connected to you. Let me remind you Mr. Roger (DA) Each, and every person on this earth has the right to be treated in the same way as his fellow man, and under the U.S. statutes of the U.S. Constitution. If This person, were not connected to the colourful & corrupted RJC, you normal everyday living person would have been seen as a very dangerous person. With this in mind I question many of those who currently operate on a daily basis throughout the RJC. My main concern is who, what, how, and why, was this man allowed any bail. DA's office is corrupt.
I was a neighbor of Halverson! Her POOR husband! She is a ROYAL piece of S&*T!! I'm pretty sure she could drive ANYONE to do ANYTHING! I don't condone what this man did at ALL!! However, working for the GARBAGE he worked for COULD have had MAJOR issues on ones Psyche!!

Good points. He's a dirtbag plain and simple.
Looks like Johnnie will be rubbing Bubba's feet and a whole lot more of Bubba for a long time. Good luck Johnnie, I'm sure you know how much prisoners look foward to having people associated with the law as their "guest" in their cells, the showers and any other secluded prison locations.
Sounds like you are typing comments about your own courtroom LetsBeReal! What happened? Did you keep him off the hook and outta the news as long he gives you foot rubs, lunch and he made a mighty fine lint picker?
