This grass-roots, all-American entrepreneur-shooter was only trying to make a living and protect his homestead.

    God Bless America.

If we eliminate drug dealers, where will Boss Limbaugh (the most powerful, bloated face of the Republicon party) get his meds? Why do we want to thwart these entrepreneurs who supply a wanted product to the likes of Flush Rimjob?

Remember, guns don't kill people. Bullets do.

    God bless America.

"Eric S...there is no required hearing. You may mean a coroner's inquest, but that is held only if a police officer did the shooting. Here, it was the homeowner."

Thanks for the explanation, I perhaps should have said 'review' by the prosecutor. Obviously now, with more facts in place, this appears not to be a simple matter of defending one's residence from intruders. Others quick to jump at conclusions have clearly missed the boat. Who is now being charged with murder?

Wake up people, in 99.9% of these type stories, the home owner was living a dangerous lifestyle. Keep your nose clean and you decrease your chances of being a victim usually.

Hey, all you gun toting freaks. How 'bout that breaking news? The intruders were merely drug dealers not burlars and the whole thing was a drug deal gone bad.

Awww, too bad, gun freaks. I know how happy you were to thump your chests and clean your Glocks.

People are so fed up with crime, corrupted government, and exploitation of citizens possibly hard for you to grasp the anger; but we could take an honest look at your generation and see the same things.
It just wasn’t printed as much but if you truly go back in your history, slower news coverage possibly helped keep sanity.

Hang in there buddy, there are great wonders in technology and good things coming, the bad and anger is part of life. Better to post frustrations than act them out.
