LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL
A man who police say is a Las Vegas gang member and responsible for a 2007 Strip shooting that injured four people was arrested Friday in Chicago.
Las Vegas police said Robert Jackson, alleged to be a member of the Squad Up gang, is accused of firing five shots from a handgun at members of the Wood gang after an early morning brawl involving 20 people in front of Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville.
The shots missed the gang members and hit four bystanders, all of whom survived the Aug. 19, 2007, shooting.
Jackson was identified as the shooter shortly after the incident. He was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, attempted murder with a deadly weapon, battery with a deadly weapon with substantial bodily harm, battery with a deadly weapon, assault with a deadly weapon and for being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm.
In February, Jackson was placed on the U.S. Marshals Service Most Wanted list. He was then featured on the Fox television show "America's Most Wanted."
Jackson awaits extradition to Las Vegas.

Unfortunately they are correct the actual charge reads : "EX FELON/PROHIBITED PERSON POSSESSION FIREARM".
In China they give them a bullet and then bill the family for the cost! Good ideal.
Well we can do a couple of things to help end this horrible infestation of gangs; we could teach all gang members how to shoot straight so they always hit their gang competition and no longer kill or injure innocent bystanders. Or we can call gangs exactly what they are, TERRORIST, and government get as serious toward the coward terrorist in gangs as they are with radical religious terrorist. Especially the invading terrorist gangs members that have just simply jumped over our border and actually with the blessing of some foreign governments. Bring in our special forces in cities and start eradicating these terrorist claiming to be victims of society.
Flush, flush....flush,flush! He was a two flusher, bigger then most.
'ex-felon in possession of a firearm' is an actual charge laid by police, so the media has it right.
There's not an ex "convict" either, lonetrader. :-)
And they are cancelling America's Most Wanted shame on you Fox!
When is the news media going to get their terminology correct. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN EX FELON. Once you are a felon, you are always a felon. Unless a judge restores your rights. If an ex felon was in possession of a firearm, that would be legal. I think you meant ex convict. Get it straight.
One more loser gang member coward off the streets. Death penalty for all gang members
