A 35-year-old motorcyclist died Sunday after he was thrown from his 2006 Suzuki in a northwest valley crash involving three vehicles, Las Vegas police said.

#1 Cause of motorcycle accidents when no alchohol is involved... A car making a left turn in front of the motorcycle! Not yielding the right of way to the motorcycle!
    Cars running red lights!
sometimes its driver ignorance...why are you being polite to the car making a turn across three lanes of traffic? when the car should go to an intersection and make the turn. You all decide that its okay to hold-up traffic, but a motorcyclist in the #1 lane can't see whats going on to the left of the #3 lane, until its too late!
And then you all blame the motorcyclist.
what happened to the drivers of the vehicles that ran over him? were they racing too? they obviously weren't paying enough attention to stop.

motorcyles are a great mode of transportation. Unfortunate for the owners to feel the brunt of constant ridicule. What other vehicle operators endure such ignorant accusations.
    its legal and its fun!

The only message I get is slow down EVERYONE, look before you pass or turn! It is not just motorcycles, LOOK for bicycles, pedestrianes, and children!!

EVERYONE!! SLOW DOWN AND WATCH for all Gods creatures.

May all involved receive peace. Don't judge just accept a possibility without knowledge! SLOW DOWN EVERYONE and LOOK.

I drive the street of Vegas for a living, not sure how many violations I see in one/any day! Sometimes it catches up to the individuals, whether they "enforce" or "break" the law! The general public are responsible for their own actions...unfortunately it catches up to some people! Remember that a driving license is a privilege not a given right.

Henderson cop rolled a SUV because they were racing it on Horrizon Ridge and it was the only way to have it replaced with a new one..
Metro racing through the streets of Vegas all the time ignoring traffic rules and destroying property.
Then you have the State Trooper racing until he killed 5 people.

Come on people. See who is setting the example..

    I would never have guessed.
When I see people driving like complete idiots on the streets of Las Vegas they are NEVER driving motorcycles or SUVs. NEVER seen motorcyclists weave in and out of traffic and drive between cars in lanes at high rates of speed. Never seen motorcyclists drive in the left turn lane like it's a passing lane. Never seen motorcycles being driven on the far sides of the highway like it's another lane.
Never seen SUV drivers cut people off left and right. Never seen SUV drivers roar down the 95 like they are escaping 2012.
This boggles the mind. I guess there is a first time for everything.
Next we will hear about little people driving big pickup trucks who, when making a left turn, will pull out and block oncoming traffic until they have a clearing because they own the roads.

TAX AND FEE AND THE MOTORCYCLE AND SUV AND PICKUP TRUCK INTO OBLIVION!

This guy put himself into that position; he should have thought about his family and friends first not us. I think this is the third motorcycle related death in one/two weeks. Oh well - I'll obey traffic laws and live another few decades.
