    I have served in the Nevada Assembly since 2006; served on Education, Health and Human Services and Government Affairs committees; assistant minority floor leader since 2008; currently serving on the Legislative Committee on Education, the Committee on Veterans and Seniors.

    I was an officer in the U.S. army, 1968-70

    Married 42 years

    Liven in Southern Nevada since 1940s

    Lived in Southern Nevada for over 60 years. Served in the Legislature for four years. Served in U.S. Army for three years; 34 years as a teacher. Have 2 children, 7 grandchildren. I know Nevada and its challenges and will continue to work hard to solve problems.
