C2 Lofts in Summerlin reports robust sales

Sales activity has soared since the mid-September grand opening of C2 Lofts in Summerlin, according to managing director Douglas Crook.

On Sept. 15, C2 Lofts unveiled its professionally furnished and decorated loft models and welcomed more than 20 of the first residents into the first of several loft buildings that will comprise the live, work and play, 36-acre urban center.

"Pre-grand-opening sales activity at C2 Lofts was already impressive, but our official grand opening took us right over the top," Crook said. "People are really responding to these spacious, flexible and meticulously detailed models, as well as the prime Summerlin location. These are the first true lofts to be introduced in Las Vegas and the response from the public, as well as the real estate community, has been outstanding.

"C2 Lofts in Summerlin will provide loft owners with a convenient and carefree lifestyle and abundant on-site and nearby amenities for people who lead busy and active lifestyles and are looking for something more artistic and exciting than a typical condo or high-rise unit," Crook said.

C2 Lofts is located within Summerlin Centre, off West Charleston Boulevard, just west of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway.

Priced from the mid-$300,000s to more than $1 million, more than a dozen one-, two- and three-story designs are available, ranging from 900 to 3,300 square feet.

Many of the lofts will offer mountain or city views. Selected live/work designs will enable the buyer to own a specialty retail shop on the floor below their loft.

C2 Lofts features minimalist styling highlighted by exposed ductwork and ceiling heights that range from 10 to 12 feet in the single-story and up to 20 to 22 feet in the two- and three-story lofts.

Buyers have a myriad of design options in creating their own space.

Each of the lofts includes a long list of features and amenities such as stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, walk-in closets in owner's suites with custom closet organizer, vessel sink with Zodiaq countertop in the powder room, Kohler plumbing fixtures, security systems and more. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the common areas.

Buyers also have opportunities to customize their lofts with extras such as fireplaces, brick wall treatments and various flooring and countertop options. Buyers receive consultation with a C2 Lofts Design Center professional, who can help them create an interior design that best suits their taste and lifestyle.

In conjunction with the grand opening, C2 Lofts is offering specials on a few lofts that have been made available for immediate occupancy in the first completed building.

C2 Lofts is designed as a modern, resort-style community that blends a mix of residential, recreational and retail components. Loft owners in the first completed building will enjoy serene surroundings, including an open-air courtyard with a Zen-like water feature, a bamboo garden and landscaping throughout.

For gatherings, residents will have the use of a furnished roof garden featuring a fire pit, fireplace, wet bar and views of the city skyline.

A variety of resort-style amenities are planned, including a three-story lifestyle center with a heated swimming pool, spa, treatment rooms, fitness center and concierge services.

One planned amenity is the "dog park," which will provide a place for residents and their pets to walk, play and socialize.

On-site retail will allow residents to walk downstairs for a morning cup of coffee, pick up their dry cleaning or enjoy lunch with a neighbor. All residents will have personal parking spaces, as well as private storage space inside the gated subterranean parking area.

C2 Lofts is a Christopher Company. The same professionals who oversee operations for Christopher Homes are behind the design and construction of C2 Lofts.

To visit, take I-215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to the West Charleston Boulevard exit and go west about half a mile. Turn left and follow signs to the sales center and models.
