"Our buyers' treasure hunt for standing inventory and new homes begins in Tuscany with nine communities to forage through. Buyers' choices include nine communities -- Pesaro, La Piazza, La Luna, Montebello, Avellino, Fiori, Terrazzo, Zanetti and Melani," sales manager Ryan Soucie said. "They will find finished homes with a variety of premium installed upgrades to complement each model. Some have three-car garages and two to five bedrooms with two to 41/2 baths."

The builder is offering financing options for buyers who use the builder's preferred lender, according to Soucie.

Tuscany's model complexes include single-, two-story and townhome-style models ranging from 1,264 to 4,876 square feet. Prices start in the low $200,000s.

Rhodes Ranch communities include The Collection, Palm's Bay, Pacific Mist, The Majors, The Fairways and The Irons. Prospective purchasers will find single- and two-story plans ranging from 1,466 to 4,138 square feet. Prices start in the $200,000s.

Both Tuscany and Rhodes Ranch surround championship golf courses designed by Ted Robinson Jr. with walking trails, parks and recreation centers.

Additionally, Rhodes Homes' Xit townhome-style homes and the detached homes at W57th, located in the southwest valley, are included in the event. Xit, on Tropicana Avenue near Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, offers three models ranging from 1,663 to 1,759 square feet, starting in the mid-$200,000s.

W57th, located on Sunset Road near Grand Canyon Drive, has three plans from 1,720 to 2,255 square feet and starting at $284,825.
