Homes are available for immediate move-in at the Tuscany as well as Rhodes Ranch, located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

"Our buyers' treasure hunt for standing inventory and new homes begins in Tuscany with nine communities to forage through. Buyers' choices include nine communities -- Pesaro, La Piazza, La Luna, Montebello, Avellino, Fiori, Terrazzo, Zanetti and Melani," sales manager Ryan Soucie said. Both Tuscany and Rhodes Ranch surround championship golf courses designed by Ted Robinson Jr. with walking trails, parks and recreation centers.
