Hampton Glen at Providence offers four two-story floor plans that range from 1,660 to 2,161 square feet, with three to four bedrooms, 21/2 to 23/4 baths and two-car garages. Pricing is from the $300,000s. Design highlights, depending on floor plan, include balconies and covered patios, covered porch entries, great rooms, utility rooms and master suites. Arbor Ridge is priced from the $200,000s. This neighborhood offers four two-story home designs from 1,450 to 1,804 square feet.

Westminster is a gated enclave of residences with floor plans that range from a 3,131-square-foot, single-story home to a two-story dwelling measuring more than 4,400 square feet. Home designs feature up to five bedrooms, three baths and all include a three-car garage. Pricing starts in the $500,000s.

To visit the Lennar Welcome Home Centers at Providence, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to the Hualapai Way exit. Turn north on Hualapai to Elkhorn Road and follow the signs.
