Aliante master plan enters last phase

Dan Naef, senior vice president of North Valley Enterprises LLC (Aliante's developer), said the North Las Vegas master-planned community offers homes in an area where essential amenities -- parks, trails, retail shopping centers, restaurants and educational facilities that include Goynes Elementary School and the Aliante Library -- are already in place.

"Aliante is one of the most successful master plans in the history of Southern Nevada, attracting some of the region's finest home builders and over 6,000 home buyers of all generations," Naef said. "We are now in our final phase of development, meaning the community amenities in Aliante are substantially completed and residents have easy access to goods and services that families appreciate having close to home. The good news for prospective home buyers is that during the final phase, our builders are offering excellent values on a wide selection of homes. It's a great time to visit Aliante, find your favorite home and home site and move into a community that will provide you with a complete living environment from the day you move in."
