Avante's Mesa Verde nears closeout

Avante Homes is targeting families with Mesa Verde, located in Henderson. The homes include front-yard landscaping, while the neighborhood features a 21/2-acre neighborhood park with playground equipment and a private neighborhood pool.

"We have designed family homes priced for value and affordability while bringing in luxury features that are all included," said Dean Welsh, vice president of new home sales. "Starting out, does not mean settling for less. Whether this is a first home or a return to low-maintenance for empty-nesters, the designs at Mesa Verde go beyond starting out. These homes are built for settling in."

"The neighborhood offers the convenience of being in the center of a historic community," Welsh said. "Henderson is the heartbeat of Southern Nevada. We are minutes away from the Strip while we offer the solidity and comfort of the traditional small town."

Four floor plans are available. Prices start at $188,000.

The 1,181-square-foot Spirit includes two master bedrooms, upstairs laundry room, living room, kitchen with pantry, one-car garage and front porch area.

The Dreamcatcher is a 1,419-square-foot design of three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a loft that can be converted to a third bedroom.

The 1,460-square-foot Serenity is an "upside-down" floor plan with the kitchen, den and dining area upstairs.

The 1,540-square-foot Legacy includes three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, separate living and dining rooms, kitchen with pantry, upstairs laundry room with linen closet, one-car garage and covered porch entry.

Homes include chrome-levered door handles, rounded radius corners, wood shelving in all closets, brushed steel lighting fixtures and oak-recessed panel cabinetry. A loft, bonus room or deck are optional, per plan.

"These are beautiful designs with a finished-level of quality superior to everything else on the market," Welsh said. "What's more, we are surrounded by the amenities and mountain views of Henderson within a self-contained community with green space and our own neighborhood park. And we've done it for real families with real budgets."

Fewer than 30 homes remain at the neighborhood.

Immediate move-ins are available. Currently, the developer is offering pricing and/or option incentives on all floor plans, including 6 percent toward closing costs and/or buying down interest.

    All home are Energy Star-rated.

The models and sales office are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
