Engle extends promotion

Engle Homes will extend its special financing promotion through Oct. 14 on houses that close by Nov. 30, according to Cheryl Kypreos, president of the Nevada Division of Engle Homes. The program, which was launched Sept. 1, offers buyers a 30-year fixed loan with an interest rate (APR) of 5.875 percent. In addition, the builder is offering incentives up to $100,000 off as well as zero closing costs on the purchase of a new home, she said.

The special is offered at Ladera Terrace in Summerlin's Mesa Village; Cambria, Somerset and Falcon Ridge in North Las Vegas; Rivendell and Beacon Hill in Mountain's Edge; and Copper Creek Estates in the southeast.
