Dan Strauss wrote on October 13, 2007 12:07 PM: I requested information from Astoria as I currently am stationed overseas but going to move to Vegas shortly. They never sent anything. I found a great realtor who sent info on the Fields homes. Homes on Astoria website, model 765 for instance lists base price at 365K or so. Then to my surprise, this great sale from astoria lists that very same home with original price well above 400K!!! So this Best Sale Ever must have been the BIGGEST RIPOFF EVER for anyone who bought more then a week ago! Diseptive advertising or flat out lies, you decide. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. CROOKS!
