NATIONWIDE PROMOTION: Pulte prepares to unleash 'monster'

Builder to conduct weekend sale

Pulte Homes and Del Webb will hold its Monster Sale today and Sunday at all of the developers' communities across the Las Vegas Valley.

Nick Parks, director of marketing for Pulte Homes/Del Webb-Nevada, said this sale is the largest of the year, offering a 15 percent savings at all Pulte Homes communities and a $55,000 savings at Del Webb's Sun City Anthem, Sun City Aliante, Solera at Anthem, Solera Stallion Mountain, The Villas at Solera and the Club at Madeira Canyon communities. Sun City Mesquite is excluded from the sale.

  • Parks said the Monster Sale is being held nationwide and it is the first time Pulte and Del Webb have sponsored a sales event simultaneously.

"Our Monster Savings weekend is so generous it's scary," Parks said. "This is unquestionably our biggest sales event of the year. We are highly motivated to close as many homes as possible during the final quarter of 2007, which translates to phenomenal savings for buyers who would like to move into their new homes before the end of the year.

"This is a limited opportunity, however. After Sunday, we will no longer be offering these incredible savings, so serious buyers must make their purchase today or tomorrow," Parks said. "Home builders in Las Vegas are offering various incentives right now, but we believe the Pulte/Del Webb Monster Sale presents a value that is unmatched in this market."

Sales offices at all Pulte Homes and Del Webb neighborhoods will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. today and Sunday. For more information visit MonsterSale.com.
