Richmond American celebrates anniversary with discount promotion

Richmond American Homes is celebrating its 35th anniversary by offering end-of-year pricing, according to the company's Division President Ernest Belair. Selected quick move-ins are available, and many will be ready for move-in by the end of the year. The offer ends Nov. 8, he said.

"For more than three decades, Richmond American has been bringing home buyers quality, value and choices," Belair said. "This offer is a great way to honor that tradition. Home buyers can enjoy the top-quality features and floor plans they've come to know and love, at prices that are more affordable than ever."

Model homes are open for touring in all areas. Sales centers and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Friday when they open at noon.

Richmond American offers a one-stop shopping approach at the Home Gallery, located just off Interstate 15 and Blue Diamond Road.

"The Home Gallery offers something truly unique to the industry," new home manager Susan Lee said. "Instead of driving all over town, you can visit the Home Gallery and find everything you need right here. You can search communities and floor plans to find the home that fits your needs, and then choose all your finishing touches and design options. This is a place where shopping for a new home isn't time-consuming and difficult; it's convenient and fun."

Specialists provide personalized assistance, and interactive kiosks and videos deliver buying details. The Home Gallery also has model kitchens for touring, color studios to simplify design choices and professional design consultants to provide advice.

The facility is located at 7770 Dean Martin Drive, Suite D-10. Hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. For more information, visit DiscoverHomeGallery.com.

Keith May wrote on January 04, 2008 02:44 PM: I had a new house built, and Brothers did the electrical work, and the tech. prewire, to include CAT 5, phone jacks & Surround sound. They failed to hook up the phone line (their part not the phone company’s part). Then blamed everyone else until I called them on it, but then pleaded its Friday we can’t do anything about it. There is a GFI that won’t hold a load in the kitchen, and their employees don’t seem to know how to read plans. They improperly placed all bedroom phone jacks, and after doing a flat screen prewire over the fire place put the center speaker on a wall 90 degrees off. If you are buying a Richmond American home in the Delaware valley ask who is doing the electrical and watch them like a hawk. When it does come time for customer service do not expect them to get right on it, most likely it will be days before they can see you.
