  • Toll Brothers at Inspirada includes five collections of home designs with a total of 20 floor plans. The homes include dramatic foyers, kitchens with amenities, master suites, family rooms, dining areas and spa-like master baths.

Three of the collections feature two-story single-family homes. The Balboa contains four floor plans. The Barcelona contains six floor plans; and the Coronado contains three floor plans. Ten models are open, and the estate homes range from 2,320 to 3,495 square feet and feature up to four bedrooms. Prices start from the high $400,000s.

Features such as courtyards, balconies and front and side porches are available, per plan.

The Castellos Collection of mansion homes includes four condominiums within each mansion. These two-story units range from 1,406 to 1,715 square feet and feature two or three bedrooms, master suites with a walk-in closet and separate shower and tub, and lofts and balconies, per plan.

Prices start from the mid-$300,000s, and all floor plans are modeled.

The Casa Citta Collection features townhomes ranging from 2,736 to 2,817 square feet, with prices starting from the mid-$500,000s. The collection includes a trio of three-story homes with three or four bedrooms. All three plans are modeled. Homes feature island kitchens, master retreats with balconies and first-floor bonus rooms that can be used as a guest suite, media center, exercise room or home office.

Each of the seven villages will have a central park and community center with residents never more than a quarter-mile stroll from neighborhood amenities.

Homeowners will have access to a clubhouse, which will include a fitness room, media room, gathering space, two pools and a tot lot.

Located within Inspirada along Via Firenze Road off Volunteer Boulevard in Henderson.

Toll Brothers sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
