  • "This event is a great way to get in the holiday spirit," said new home manager Susan Lee. "You'll walk away with wonderful ideas and recipes for your seasonal entertaining. Chef Jordan is a local favorite, earning rave reviews at Rosemary's. This is his third culinary event at the Home Gallery, and each one has been a huge success. He not only provides useful tips and delicious samples, he's very fun and entertaining. He'll be preparing some of his favorite recipes, and he'll give out the recipes for two amazing gourmet dishes."

Michael Jordan and his wife, Wendy, opened Rosemary's Restaurant in 1999. The cooking couple have been featured several times on the Food Network, in addition to appearances on ABC, NBC and the Discovery Channel. The restaurant has earned top ZAGAT ratings, including the No. 1 Top Food rating in the 2007 survey for Las Vegas restaurants.

Today's culinary event will benefit Aid for AIDS in Nevada, a local charity that provides support and advocacy for adults and children living with and affected by HIV/AIDS.

They work to reduce HIV infection through prevention education, helping change people's perception of the disease. The home builder will make donations based on attendance.

To attend, take Interstate 15 to the Blue Diamond Road exit. Go west on Blue Diamond, north on South Dean Martin Drive, and right on Robindale Road. Take the first right into the parking lot, then take an immediate left and follow the parking lot to the Home Gallery. The Home Gallery is located at 7770 S. Dean Martin Drive, Suite 10.
