  • The three models include Ambrose, Iverness and Gleneagle. These represent half of the available floor plans in the neighborhood.

Three additional models will open in December. The two-, three- and four-bedroom homes are sized from 1,966 to 2,956 square feet and priced from the mid-$600,000s.

A 128-home project, the residences at Fairway Hills will include features such as dramatic entry courtyards, balconies, formal dining rooms and covered patios.

Master suites feature walk-in closets, soaking tubs with separate showers and twin sinks with custom wood vanities.

The Ambrose is 1,966 square feet with two bedrooms and three baths. A courtyard entry leads to the foyer, which opens to the formal dining room.

Nearby, the kitchen includes a food-preparation island. There also is a patio adjacent to the great room and master bedroom, and a courtyard with access to the dining room. Upstairs are a large bonus room and a full bath.

With 2,826 square feet, the Iverness offers four bedrooms, four baths, great room with fireplace and a patio. Owners may opt to use a downstairs bedroom as a library. Upstairs are two bedroom suites plus a large game room.

The 2,937-square-foot Gleneagle features a covered entry and adjacent courtyard leading to the home's two-story foyer.

A hall offers courtyard access and leads to the kitchen and great room, which includes a fireplace.

The three-bedroom, 31/2-bath home includes a downstairs master suite and two upstairs bedrooms, one of which includes a sitting area. The 400-square-foot, second-floor bonus room also has an optional wet bar.

In addition to The Ridges' amenities, Fairway Hills residents will enjoy a private clubhouse, fitness center, media room, swimming pool, three spas, a barbecue site, fire pit, recreation area, putting green, covered patio and catering kitchen.

The complex is located on Jack Nicklaus' Bear's Best Las Vegas golf course, which showcases some of the most challenging holes from the legendary golfer's desert-themed courses.

Nestled alongside the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, The Ridges is located south of Desert Inn Road and west of Flamingo Road.

At an elevation of more than 3,200 feet, The Ridges neighborhoods are designed to complement the natural desert terrain.
