Rhodes Homes promotes Pesaro neighborhood

The single-story homes at Rhodes Homes' Pesaro neighborhood are proving popular among home buyers after opening its models just two months ago, according to sales agent Jimmy Crosswhite.

Pesaro, located in the Tuscany Residential Village in Henderson, features a 2,700-square-foot home with an open floor plan.

"The kitchen in Pesaro's Residence 2700 is one of the best features in the home," Crosswhite said. "It has a large kitchen island with a dual sink and dishwasher, in addition to ample counter space for dining and entertaining."

According to Crosswhite, visitors to the model comment on the kitchen's optional "pot filler," which is a spout over the stove top allowing residents access to water for cooking.

Pesaro's Residence 2700, named for its square footage, also includes four bedrooms, two baths, powder room, den, 21/2-car garage and great room. Options include fifth and sixth bedrooms, covered patio and double oven.

"The entire home has an open and spacious feeling," Crosswhite said. "There are 12-foot ceilings throughout and the kitchen is open to the great room."

Pesaro at Tuscany Residential Village also offers Residence 2379 and Residence 2683, both single-story homes.

Residence 2379 includes three bedrooms, two baths, powder room, 21/2-car garage, great room and an island kitchen. A den and covered patio are offered as options.

Residence 2683 includes three bedrooms, three baths, three-car split garage, great room and an island kitchen. A fourth bedroom, den and covered patio are offered as options.

"Every home at Pesaro has oversized garages, which homeowners definitely need to store their holiday decorations, athletic equipment and other personal items," Crosswhite said.

"We often hear it is one of the greatest features of the homes because most homes this size are offered with two-car garages."

Home prices at the neighborhood start at $359,575.

"Residents pay a modest monthly homeowners association fee and receive access to Tuscany's recreation center, playgrounds, walking paths and common areas in addition to receiving 50 channels of cable television," he said.

Tuscany Residential Village is a master-planned community developed by Rhodes Homes.

The centerpiece of the community is the Tuscany Golf Club, designed by renowned golf-course architect Ted Robinson Jr.

The 6,906-yard, par 72 course was recently named Golf magazine's No. 1 Golf Course in Las Vegas in its annual BBQ (Bang for the Buck Quotient) rankings.

Tuscany's 35,000-square-foot recreation center, La Vita Tuscana, includes a lap pool, lagoon pool, hot tubs, full workout facility, aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball, racquetball, tennis, arts and crafts rooms, billiards, conference rooms, social areas, park areas and jungle gyms for children.

To visit the Pesaro models in Tuscany Residential Village, take Lake Mead Drive past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left. Follow the signs to Pesaro. Office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
