Aliante provides amenities to residents of all ages and lifestyles

Now in the final phase of development, the Aliante master-planned community offers home buyers immediate access to a wide range of amenities, along with a selection of homes and neighborhoods for people of all generations, according to Dan Naef, senior vice president of North Valley Enterprises LLC, the developer of Aliante.

"The community amenities in Aliante are now substantially completed, which means residents can easily access goods and services they need on a daily basis, within a short walk or drive from their homes," Naef said.

    • Three builders offer home designs within five new neighborhoods in Aliante.

    The Fields, by Astoria Homes, features a selection of two-story homes that range from 2,228 to 3,374 square feet and are priced from the low $300,000s.

    Astoria Homes' Prominence is a gated neighborhood of two-story homes ranging from 2,830 to 4,449 square feet and priced from the upper $300,000s.

    Sun City Aliante, by Del Webb, is an age-qualified community offering single-story homes that range from 1,155 to 2,105 square feet, priced from the mid-$200,000s.

    Pardee's Springdale is a gated neighborhood of one- and two-story homes ranging from 1,990 to 3,314 square feet, priced from the upper $300,000s.

    Autumn Ridge, by Pardee Homes, is a gated neighborhood that offers a selection of one- and two-story homes ranging from 2,445 to 4,025 square feet, priced from the low $400,000s.

    This year, Aliante hosted free outdoor events that were open to the entire Southern Nevada community.

    To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 north to Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, Exit East. Head east on I-215, exit at Aliante Parkway and proceed south.
